Early planning application for the prominent IMAX site in Sydney’s Darling Harbour. The commercial complex comprises of 38,000sqm of commercial office, 7,000sqm of retail and a multi screen Imax cinema complex.

The design form for the 20 storey development gently emerging from its urban context – the raised expressways, the Harbour and the pylons beside it. The silver ribbons that distinctively define the building take unexpected turns to form a sculpture befitting the location and its prominence.
